DAVID A. RAGSDALE

President

Dave processes over twenty five years experience in the construction industry. From the humble beginnings as a field laborer, he developed a strong work ethic in his career. With each new position and responsibility he challenged himself, learned more and excelled. As a manager and owner he is known for his hands on approach to business. With a vast knowledge of almost every facet of the industry he is able to give valuable insight and solutions to owners, design professionals and field staff. He monitors every project ensuring it schedule, cost/quality control and safety. Clients appreciate his fair and honest straight forward style of communication.

Project experiences range from small TI projects to multi-million dollar Town Centers. Expertise in mall remodels, strip retail, restaurants and big box developments.

CURT IMMEL

Project Manager

Curt brings over twenty five years of experience in the construction of tenant improvement projects and ground ups including retail, restaurants, fueling centers, and office remodels. His high-level skill set, attention to detail and commitment to his clients and team is why he was nominated three consecutive years by the American Subcontractors Association for “Outstanding Projects Manager of the Year”. He is a valuable part of the D&R Construction team.

JULIE K. HULL

Director of Business Development

Julie is a Colorado native and joined D&R Construction Company, Inc. as the Director of Business Development in July of 2009. She wears more than one hat within the firm and assists with Project Coordination, and Marketing in addition to Business Development. In these roles, Julie is involved in bid solicitation, and works closely with subcontractors and clients throughout each bidding process. Furthermore, Julie assists the company with creating enticing tactics to show the company's successes and goals. Julie possesses over three years in Business Development and Client Relations. She brings organization, a strong work ethic, detail, and a positive attitude to our company.

In August of 2010, Julie obtained her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Julie has true compassion for all elements of business and enjoys building relationships with people.

SCOTT HUME

Project Manager / Office Manager

Scott fills a number of roles in the office, he helps with project coordination, office management as well as TI projects and maintenace projects for our clients. He also handles the accounts payable and accounts receivable for D&R Construction. Scott graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management and has been in the construction industry for 8 years.
