DAVID A. RAGSDALE
President

Dave processes over twenty five years experience in the construction industry. From the humble beginnings as a field laborer, he developed a strong work ethic in his career. With each new position and responsibility he challenged himself, learned more and excelled. As a manager and owner he is known for his hands on approach to business. With a vast knowledge of almost every facet of the industry he is able to give valuable insight and solutions to owners, design professionals and field staff. He monitors every project ensuring it schedule, cost/quality control and safety. Clients appreciate his fair and honest straight forward style of communication.

Project experiences range from small TI projects to multi-million dollar Town Centers. Expertise in mall remodels, strip retail, restaurants and big box developments.

CURT IMMEL
Project Manager

Curt brings over twenty five years of experience in the construction of tenant improvement projects and ground ups including retail, restaurants, fueling centers, and office remodels. His high-level skill set, attention to detail and commitment to his clients and team is why he was nominated three consecutive years by the American Subcontractors Association for “Outstanding Projects Manager of the Year”. He is a valuable part of the D&R Construction team.

DAVID BRYMER
Project Manager

David has been involved in the construction industry for over eight years. His experience is in both tenant finish as well as larger scale ground up projects. He has a diverse mix and background of project types. David has a wide range of skills including Critical Path Method (CPM), Project Scheduling and cost system management. He also processes a Degree in Geology. He continually strives to understand and meet the clients’ needs while producing quality projects that are on schedule and within budget.

MICHAEL MAYBERRY 
Director of Business Development 

Michael has a very broad understanding of the construction industry.  Early experiences in building, managing building materials and their representation laid the foundation.  He has over eight years experience in business development, marketing and sales of professional services in the commercial market.  His overall responsibilities are to identify new opportunities, work with new clients while retaining old relationship and promoting D&R Construction through various marketing efforts and industry networks.  He is a graduate of UNC with an emphasis in Communications and Business.

SCOTT HUME
Project Manager / Coordinator

Scott fills a number of roles in the office, he helps with project coordination, office management as well small projects and maintenace projects for our clients.  He also handles the accounts payable and accounts receivable for D&R Construction.  Scott graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management and has been in the construction industry for 6 years.

RON ROUTH
Estimator

Ron has over forty-five years of experience in military and civil construction. In the past twenty years he has concentrated on estimating. His early estimating experience was in heavy construction such as mine development, tunnels and hydroelectric plants. His most recent experience has been in commercial tenant finish, grocery ground-up retail, remodels and budget/conceptual estimating.
